Lessons

During the three days of the VII Tampere International Salsa Festival top salsa instructors give 36 dance lessons. 2010 Tampere Salsa Festival brings to Finland salsa instructores Mike Viry and Erell Niane from France, Osbanis Tejeda and Anneta Kepka from Cuba and Poland, Israel Gutierrez and Juan Jose Ortiz from Cuba. For each day (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) you can choose four most interesting and for you most suitable dance lessons. The maximum amount of dance lessons during the festival for one person is 12 lessons.

Couples

You can register to Tampere International Salsa Festival with out your own partner. The partners are changed all the time during the dance lessons.

Levels

In the timetable of the festival lessons you can see the time and the place of the lesson (number of the hall), the name of the instructor and for which level the lesson is planned. Most couple dance lessons are for intermediate or advanced dancers but there are also lessons for all levels.

Videos

It is not allowed to make videos or photoes of the classes in other times than in the end of the lessons, when the whole choreography will be shown.

Salsa Parties

Tampere International Salsa Festival organizes four hot salsa parties in the city during the festival weekend:

Thursday 22.7.09 / 10pm-1am
Welcoming party at restaurant Tempo, instructores' presentations. Entrance 10 euro.

Friday 23.7.09 / 10pm-4am
Salsa Concert at restaurant Klubi (Tullikamarin aukio 2). Entrance 35 euro.

Saturday 25.7.09 / 10pm-4am
Hot dance shows and top salsa dj's at restaurant Klubi (Tullikamarin aukio 2). Entrance 20 euro.

Sunday 26.7.09 / 8pm-2am
Salsa festival's ending party. Entrance 10 euro.

All entrances to salsa parties are included in the price of the Festival Ticket. You can also order a Party ticket in advance and save up to 20 euros in entrance fees!

Lunch

Festival Ticket includes a buffet lunch at Saturday and Sunday near the dance halls. Also vegetarian food is available. Please let the organizers know about your special diet by e-mail before the festival.

Cancellations

Tampere Salsa Festival tickets are refundable when cancellation is maid 30 days before the beginning of the festival. After that no refunds are made. Changes to the time table are possible.
