Tampere International Salsa Festival Tampere International Salsa Festival organized by dance school Salsa Pasión is the first and biggest salsa festival in Finland. The first festival was organized in 2004. During the next festival in 2005, more than 270 salsa dancers participated in workshops from all over Finland. The festival's salsa parties on Friday and Saturday were sold out with more than 500 salsa lovers dancing all night. The third and fourth Tampere Salsa festivals continued the succes in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. The next Tampere Salsa Festival will be organized already for the seventh time 23.-25.7.2010.  Salsa Parties and Concerts Salsa Pasión organizes small salsa parties on Fridays 10pm-01am at restaurant Tempo (Hämeenkatu 15). Azúcar Negra at Klubi The first big salsa concert that Salsa Pasión organized was the concert of Azúcar Negra, a Cuban salsa band, in restaurant Klubi in Tampere which was organized with Mango y Melón Production House on 19.8.2005. Charanga Habanera  On Saturday 28.1.2006 Salsa Pasión and Mango y Melón Production House presented another famous Cuban salsa orchestra in Tampere: Charanga Habanera in restaurant Klubi!  Gerardo Rosales Dance School Salsa Pasión celebrated its 3-years birth day party by organising the concert of Geraldo Rosales at restaurant Klubi on 16.9.2006.  Juan Formell y Los Van Van 1.3.2007 Salsa Pasión organised super star salsa concert when Juan Formell y Los Van Van played in Pakkahuone, Tampere.  One of the most popular salsa orchestras in the world was impressed by the dancing skills and enthusiasm of their 900 Finnish fans.  Elio Revé y su Charangón 16.8.2007 legendary Elio Revé y su Charangón (Cuba) played at Dance Shool Salsa Pasión's 4 years party at Klubi. La Ley del Son  8.9.2007 the Cuban son and salsa orchestra La Ley del Son performed in Salsa Pasión's Autumn semester opening concert at Klubi.  Los Van VanKuuban tunnetuin salsaorkesteri - Los Van Van esiintyi toistamiseen Tampereella torstaina 28.2.2008 Salsa Pasiónin järjestämässä konsertissa Tullikamarin Pakkahuoneella. |
