Tanzanian dancer and coreographer Menard Mponda teaches two different African dance classes in Salsa Pasión - traditional African Dances with singing and drumming on the back ground and modern night club dance Lingala. In the African Dance and Lingala lessons you will use your whole body and they are a great way to keep fit. No previous knowledge of African dances is required. As the Caribbean dances have their roots in African dances this is also a great addition for example to the Afro Cuban and Despelote classes.
